To match its growing influence, the platform required a visual evolution to deepen community engagement and streamline its digital presence. The creative focus centered on rewarding the audience through strategic assets, including a downloadable city guide and an educational infographic poster. A refreshed system of social templates was also implemented to ensure a cohesive and professional brand voice across every digital touchpoint.
